The Buliding is located at Oberstrasse 183 in 9000 St. Gallen. The Bus stop Ruhsitz is next to the Building.
From the St. Gallen main train station, bus lines 2 and 8 take you right to the House.
From the main train-station the Building is about 10 minutes away.
SERVICES
The rooms are equipped with modern furniture which includes: bed and mattress, table&chair, dresser etc. Some have a balcony and 1 to 2 windows.
Each room is equipped with a security doorlock.
Internet access included in the rent. The bathroom and kitchen are considered common areas to be shared with the other flatmates.
The common areas (bathroom,kitchen and hallway) are cleaned by the janitor once a week (this is included in the rent). The rooms are rented as Is. If you require a parking space , you can rent one in front of the buliding.GREAT FOR

Einfache absolut unkomplizierte und sehr nette Komunikation mit dem Vermieter. Die Wohnung so wie das Zimmer war sehr sauber.
The accommodation is fair for a price. It is about 2 km from town center, about 20 min walking. The bus is near but is expensive as anything in Switzerland. Room is clean and nice with enough space. Bathroom is a bit narrow and small. In few colder days temperature inside got uncomfortably low as the heating didn't work but the host brought a small heater upon request.

A házigazda szívesen fogadott. Minden a szobával kapcsolatos kérést teljesítette, nem volt gond. A konyha felszerelés nélküli, bár ez fel van tüntetve a hirdetésben. Ennek ellenére kérésre kaptam tányérokat és evőeszközöket is. Az értéknek megfelelő szoba, tiszta, rendes. Egyetlen hátránya, hogy a szobai ablak az utcára néz, ami elég forgalmas, így még éjszakánként is egy kicsit zajos. Ajánlani tudom másoknak is.
I would like to thank Ralf for his hospitality and Kindness. The room was totally new and clean. It was near the Bus station and I could easily go to the City Center in 5 minutes. I spent a nice week here and if I will need again a room in St. Gallen, I will take again this option. P.S. price was really cheap.
Everything was great. Very uncomplicated and clean. The only thing that might have been better is the sound volume at night, as the neighbors above were a bit loud.
